Extended Stay America Suites- St. Louis - Westport - Central

I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible leadership and staff at this hotel. I have been staying here long-term, and throughout my time here Orlando and Jamie have consistently gone above and beyond — not just for me, but for every guest I have seen come through the doors. During a very difficult situation involving my family, they handled everything with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. They made sure my concerns were taken seriously and addressed immediately, and they supported me in a way that made me feel safe and respected during an incredibly stressful time. What stands out the most is how much they truly care. This is not just a place where people check in and out — they have created an environment where guests are treated like human beings, not just room numbers. Their leadership clearly sets the tone for the entire staff, and it shows in how helpful, kind, and attentive everyone is. Even with everything I had going on — including managing my dogs and dealing with personal challenges — they showed patience, understanding, and genuine kindness. That level of service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Thank you for the professionalism, the compassion, and the way you take care of your guests. It does not go unnoticed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for three months, and I can honestly say it was one of the best long-term stays I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the customer service was second to none. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. They remembered my preferences, greeted me by name, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. My room was always clean and comfortable, with housekeeping consistently keeping everything spotless. Any request I had—big or small—was handled quickly and with a smile. The atmosphere here truly felt like home, but with personalized service same as a from a 5-star luxury hotel. It’s rare to find a place where you feel like more than just a guest, but here, I felt like family. I’m deeply grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of the entire team. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether you’re staying for one night or several months—you won’t find better hospitality anywhere else!

I travel for work and often feel some extended stay hotels do not consider their guests needs as to be important. This extended stay meet all of my requests to the fullest extent. If it was something as simple as dish soap or help with a need peculiar to me they obligated. I want to give an utmost thank you to Lisa, the weekend manager, she treated me like I was a member of her family. Your make each day more enjoyable.

The Manager Orlando is so friendly and helpful as well as Lisa the Assistant Manager! The staff are the Best!!! Rooms are very clean, I have fully enjoyed my stay here! AAAAA++++

First time staying at an Extended Stay. Although outdated, the facility provides the basics of what is needed for a long stay. The Westport Central location is very convenient, affordable, accommodating and nice staff, facility is clean, rooms are comfortable, a very continental breakfast on the go is good, ample laundry room, and nice fitness center. There's even a place to grill. However, the lounge area is locked daily after 9:30 am due to vagrants entering the facility, mainly after hours. So, there's nowhere to relax outside of your room. A service you pay for but can't use. Housekeeping could do better on keeping the elevator floor and metal tracks clean. It also appears that the room floors arent mopped. I think they take advantage of the floors being faux wood and dark. There also appears to be people living here full time. The only big downside I see is, it's 24 hour access with no secure doors or cameras anywhere. So stay at your own risk. I searched and found the corporation and owners to provide my concern, but there is no contact information. I wouldn't stay again mainly because of the lack of security.

I have stayed there four times for a few days each time (September, October, November, December, 2025) and have always been treated well. The rooms are not fancy but clean and comfortable and have absolutely met my needs. Orlando is always nice and the staff does their best. Sometimes the people at the front desk are busy in the back room, and so it’s helpful to just say something if you walk into the lobby and you need some help but you don’t see anyone back there. They almost always come right out if you say something and they know you’re there. I always feel safe there, too. It’s quiet. Thank you.
